- Unscrew the adjustment-locking nut.
- Remove the handle assembly.
- Remove the locking peg.
- Using the adjustment nut, slacken or tighten to reach the correct coarseness of grind.
- Replace the locking peg.
- Replace the handle assembly.
- Replace the adjustment-locking nut and tighten.
- Place coffee beans in the hopper.
- Rotate the handle at a steady and fast pace.
- Once the required quantity of coffee is ground, remove the drawer and use immediately.
- If any coffee is left over, store it in a sealed container.
- Enjoy.
- Remove the grinder top.
- Place the coffee beans in the grinder; take care not to over fill.
- Replace lid.
- Plug the grinder into the electrical socket.
- Switch on and using a pulsing action with intervals of about 5 seconds “on”, 5 seconds “off”, grind the coffee to the coarseness required.
- Remember to give the grinder an occasional light shake between the “on” and “off” pulses.
- Unplug grinder from the electrical socket.
- Remove lid.
- Use the ground coffee immediately.
- If any coffee is left over, store it in a sealed container.
- Enjoy.

- Place the coffee beans in the grinder.

- Adjust the grinder to the coarseness required.
- Switch on and wait until the coffee is ground into the container or coffee holder as appropriate.
