Using infuser teapots

1. Remove the plunger assembly.
2. Spoon in the desired amount of tea. Do not overfill; allow plenty of room for expansion.
3. Pour on freshly boiled water.
4. Stir.
5. Replace plunger assembly leaving the plunger at the top of its travel range.
6. Depress the plunger, slowly, after the required brewing time for your leaf size.
7. Pour and enjoy.
