Using manual milk frothers

1. Dismantle the two sections of the frother.
2. Adjust the gap between the perforated frothing discs to about 1.5- 2cm.
3. Reassemble the frother.
4. Immerse the frother into a jug of hot milk.
5. Pump the frother at a steady and fast pace.
6. Continue this action until the milk has frothed to the desired consistency.
7. Remove frother from the milk.
8. Dismantle and soak / wash immediately.
9. Scoop / pour the frothed milk and enjoy.

Using electric milk frothers

1. Test the frother to ensure that the batteries are in good order.
2. Immerse the frother into a jug of hot milk.
3. Switch on and allow the frother disc(s)to rotate in the milk.
4. Move the frother in both circular and up / down directions so the milk is evenly agitated. In order not to make a mess, make sure that the rotating disc(s) are never out of the milk.
5. Keep up this action until the milk has frothed to the desired consistency.
6. Remove frother from the milk.
7. Soak or wash the frother immediately.
8. Scoop / pour the frothed milk and enjoy.
