Pai Mu Tan "white tea" from China Order code: TC-041
This high quality China tea is grown in Fujian Province. It’s name is derived from the words Pai which means "white" and Mu Tan meaning "peony". The tea is sun dried and then carefully roasted leaving the leaf whole with many silvery white tips.
