| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, clicking on any items that you wish to buy puts it into your shopping cart. After finishing your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.For your convenience we accept Mastercard and Visa. If you are shopping from outside the UK, don't worry, simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Backordered items are not charged for until they are dispatched. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet at your peril as we accept no responsibility for security (see Credit Card Security section below).Please note that your invoice name / address must match that shown on your credit card statement. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping is free of charge to UK customers, but is charged to overseas destinations according to weight and zone grouping. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order straight away. You will normally receive your order in 3 business days within the UK, 5 business days within European Union, 7 business days within any other European countries, 9 business days within Zone1 countries (including North America), and finally 12 business days within Zone 2 countries (including Australia). |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK and European Union member state countries, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |
