Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue; adding any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. After completing your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you have made a mistake in ordering and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.

For your convenience we accept MasterCard and Visa. If you are shopping from outside the UK, don't worry, simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is free of charge for any weight in the UK; with the exception of the Channel Islands for which it is free upto a weight of 2kg, but charged for heavier deliveries as per our catalogue.

Deliveries to all overseas destinations will be charged according to weight, size and distance as per our catalogue.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order straight away. You will normally receive your order in approximately 4 business days within the UK, 6 business days within European Union, 8 business days within any other European countries, 10 business days within Zone1 countries (including North America), and finally 13 business days within Zone 2 countries (including Australia).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be informed of the anticipated delay with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
